Cancellation Policy

If the Guest wishes to cancel the reservation, the
Reservation Deposit will be refunded as follows:

100%, minus $250 Cancellation Fee, if canceled 30 days or more prior to
the Check-in Date.

No refund will be given if canceled less than 30 days prior to the Check-in
Date.

There are no added cleaning or service fees.
